What it does exactly
Tramitador, how is the claim on the Ibiza going?
It reviews every claim daily, works out what state each one is in and acts according to that state and the response deadlines. It asks the client for the missing paperwork, keeps them informed, and when something unforeseen shows up it hands the file to a human handler. For you it leaves the analytics by claim type.

It reads the request in your own language and works out which data it needs and where in the system to go.

It enters your database as one more user, with the same limits, and leaves an audit trail of every query.
