It pulls down the insurers every night, checks the premiums that never arrived and the ones that arrive without a policy, downloads the PDFs for new policies and for old ones that lack them, extracts the covers and files them, re-rates price increases, handles returned premiums and sends you the month-end report. And you never touched the program.
